Do any of our polyester film and sheet based products, such as DuraLar, Mylar® brand and others, resist tearing? Yes, they do. Polyester film is one of the most tear-resistant materials we offer. Are any of our polyester film and sheet based products, such as DuraLar, Mylar® brand, and others, biodegradable? No, they are not. The only biodegradable film product we offer is acetate film and sheets.
